re:frame portable therapy journal
PROJECT TYPE
Packaging, Print Design
DATE
2025
OBJECTIVE
Discover and research a narrowed issue within a specific topic, in this case, improving Anxiety treatment. Then, develop a cohesive system of 4-5 deliverables that effectively alleviate the issue. re:frame was created as a tool to improve the therapy and treatment for anxiety in young women. It is made up of slider box packaging, an info pamphlet, journal entry cards, and journal card. Users would fill out the "negative thought" side of cards when experiencing an anxious thought, then would revisit and fill out the "positive reframe" side to rationalize and work through triggers.
SCOPE
25-weeks Capstone project from topic discovery to final presentation. 4-5 Deliverables that work together, comps of each deliverable and presentation walking through final topic, research, design process, and final product.
IMPACT
re:frame serves to help patients ground their anxious thoughts by having them face their negative thought causing their anxiety in a appealing, bite-sized way. Through this project, I became more knowledgeable in designing for a three-dimensional canvas, design research, prepping print-ready files, and designing for the user experience.
TOOLS
